Abstract
A service-prioritized agent network provides a self-healing, self-organizing infrastructure suitable for managing large-scale networks and systems. Cooperating agents negotiate services to perform and protect, and re-organize proactively and reactively in response to failures and security threats. Distributed agents function autonomously but share a common goal set and plans.
