Abstract

The goal of this project is to provide a tool for developing an accurate model of the shipboard electrical installation and transitioning the design information to production requirements. The SEA-Pro project integrates existing affordable COTS software packages, [specifically ShipConstructor ship construction software, SKM PowerTools for Windows (PTW) electrical engineering software, and Scientia Technologies Corporation (STC) SMaRT decision-matrix software] to provide this capability to the shipbuilding industry, particularly to 2nd and 3rd tier shipyards and designers.
