Abstract

Applied Technology Associates (ATA) will develop a Miniature North Seeking Module (MNSM) for Critical Army Applications based on our Magneto-hydrodynamic (MHD) Angular Rate Sensor technology to determine North (azimuth) by measuring the Earth’s spin vector. The MNSM exploits the small size and exceptional performance of ATA’s patented and advanced technology of inertial sensing based on MHD principles.
