Abstract

ACTA Incorporated (ACTA) is pleased to propose a six-month SBIR Phase I feasibility Project titled “Hypervelocity Intercept Modeling With First-Principle, Physics-Based Tools.” The Lockheed Martin Missiles and Space at Sunnyvale, California will support ACTA with their technical expertise and experience. The stated objective of this solicitation topic is to develop techniques and tools for high-fidelity, first-principle, physics-based modeling of damage and debris from hypervelocity missile defense intercepts and use these tools to generate data sets to support the development and validation of fast-running algorithms.
