Abstract
This project will develop high performance capacitor film and film capacitor manufacturing technologies to achieve high energy density in large-size, high-voltage sub-microsecond discharging pulsed power capacitors. The capacitor will be able to withstand DC voltage for over 3,000 hours and deliver more than ten shots without failure.
