Abstract

Development and commercialization of SiNode electrode materials for Li-ion batteries can significantly increase the storage capacities of state-of-the-art batteries for electric vehicles. These materials are manufactured via a scalable process that can meet long term DOE cost goals for advanced vehicle batteries.
