Abstract

The company's reformable, reusable tooling tooling will be provided within a complete composites manufacturing cell that can substantially reduce the time, cost and effort associated with conventional or alternative tooling while providing the flexibility for repair, design and prototyping, and short-run or low rate manufacture. This Phase II project addresses the use of reformable tooling tooling systems for field or depot repair and design, prototyping and new composite parts development.
