Abstract:

AbTech Corporation proposes to apply its unique abductive information modeling (AIMTM) technology to develop a sensor fusion demonstration for command, control, communication, computer and information systems. Phase I is the necessary and sufficient precursor to an operational disparate sensor fusion for C4I applications. Phase I will show the feasibility of using AIM to model sensor data, threats, and resource allocation. In Phase I AbTech will demonstrate the ability of AIM Expert to coordinate numerous AIM threat models with AIM sensor models, and resource allocation models. Phase II will permit the development of an operational sensor fusion C4I system that is easily maintained, runs complex models in real-time, and provides a level of fidelity, intelligent behavior, and sophistication unattainable using current technology. AbTech will deliver a simulation model at the end of Phase I that will demonstrate the ability of AIM and AIM Expert to provide simulation capability in the degree required. AIM modules will demonstrate AIM's remarkable pattern recognition ability and its ability to model extraordinarily complex operations in small, agile, portable C-code modules.
