Abstract

JEM proposes to research the feasibility of using Genetic Algorithm optimization and broadband matching techniques to develop and optimize a wideband (30-88 MHz) antenna for integration onto the Improved Outer Tactical Vest. JEM believes that these technologies can achieve performance similar to the 1-meter whip antenna within the same per-unit cost.
