Abstract

PHASE I EFFORTS WILL DEVELOP A MECHANISM FOR UP-TO-DATE MARKET INTELLIGENCE IN SELECTED INDUSTRIES WHERE AMERICAN INDIAN TRIBES AND INDIVIDUALS SHARE A COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE BECAUSE OF THEIR UNIQUE STATUS, RESOURCES, OR LOCATIONS. ANOVERVIEW MARKET RESEARCH REPORT WILL EXAMINE THE CONSTRUCTION, MANUFACTURING, TOURISM, INFORMATION/COMMUNICATION, AND FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRIES. THE PHASE II RESEARCH WILL RESULT IN SPECIFIC PRODUCT OPPORTUNITIES IN THE MARKETPLACE FOR THESE INDUSTRIES AND ANAPPROACH FOR CAPTURING STARTUP BUSINESS ACTIVITIES IN THESE AREAS.
