Abstract

During Phase II, Texas Research Institute Austin, Inc. will develop and commercialize a series of room temperature cure syntactic foam products for Aircraft Battle Damage Repair (ABDR). Different formulations will be prepared for various repair sizes. Asingle component elevated temperature cured epoxy syntactic foam will be developed that will require a hot bonder or heat blanket cure of the foam. A
