Abstract
The technical objectives in this project consist of a research, development, and prototype roadmap for the successful implementation of the JTRS high power RF amplifier. The overall performance requirements of the JTRS high power amplifier under our proposal are as follows: Tunable Frequency Range: 400MHz - 2GHz Instantaneous Bandwidth: 30MHz Average Power: 150W Peak to Average Ratio (PAR) : 8-12dB PAE Final Stage: 50% IMD: -50dBc Waveforms: JTRS Our Phase II will focus on research and developments, while the Phase II Option will focus on the prototype realization.
