Abstract

The objective is to develop an ultra-high performance RF fiber-optic links using LiNbO3 device with improved efficiency and optical filtering techniques. To goal is to achieve an RF fiber-optic link with optimized SFDR, Link Gain and low Noise Figure simultaneously. The effort includes the development of higher efficiency lithium niobate modulator and analyzing optical filtering techniques for applcations into optical signal processing of RF signals.
