Abstract

Decisive Analytics proposes build a executive sensor resource management algorithm that (1) extends the algorithm successfully demonstrated in Phase I to globally task sensors to meet system tracking and discrimination needs; (2) is tailored to work with discrimination fusion engine algorithms currently being deployed to be BMDS; and (3) is compatible with future system requirements for which there are no current algorithms in the system. Our approach is rooted in rigorous mathematical techniques drawn from probability theory, optimal estimation theory, and optimal assignment algorithms. Our Phase II emphasis is on obtaining real data for testing and evaluation as we move toward an eventual deployment to the BMDS. We enter the proposal aligned with two prime contractors making it extremely likely that this work will be commercialized and deployed in the near-term, while our work plan ensures that we remain forward-looking and plan for future development blocks.
