DAMASKOS, INC. PROPOSES TO DEVELOP A THIN FILM MATERIAL WHICH CAN BE ECONOMICALLY MANUFACTURED IN LARGE SHEETS. THIS MATERIAL WILL HAVE INFRARED OPTICAL CHARACTERISTICS THAT CAN BE VARIED OVER A WIDE RANGE. THE MATERIAL WILL ALSO BE COMPATIBLE WITH RADAR LOW OBSERVABLES TECHNOLOGIES (LOT), THAT IS TO SAY THAT THE MATERIAL WILL BE TRANSPARENT TO MICROWAVES.
