FURTHERMORE, THERE IS A DEARTH OF SUCH DATA, PARTICULARLY UNDER SLOW FREQUENCY AND LONG LIFE CONDITIONS. SUCH DATA IS ESSENTIAL FOR PREDICTING LONG-TERM STRUCTURAL PERFORMANCE. THE FOLLOWING IS A PROPOSAL TO DEVELOP A COMPUTER-ENHANCED FCGR TESTING METHODOLOGY THAT WILL PERMIT ACQUISITION OF ACCURATE, RELIABLE FCGR DATA UNDER PERTINENT ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS AND IN PRACTICAL TIME FRAMES.
